I’ve been using this when I need to stay on task, and it gives me a nice boost without making me feel shaky or wired. Kind of makes you wonder why some other stuff has to leave you feeling so jittery.

My box showed up totally crushed, and the stuff inside was all messy like it had been tossed around. I tried figuring out who to talk to about it, but it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. Frustrating experience overall.

I had to send back one item from my order because it just didn’t fit quite right around the shoulders. The return process on simply7oh.com was straightforward, and I didn’t have to dig around too much to figure out the steps. The only thing is the refund wasn’t exactly quick — I think it showed up about a week after they received the item back. I did send one email to check on it, and they got back to me the next day, which I appreciated. Overall, it worked out fine, just wish the refund had been a little faster. 4 stars...

I reached out to customer service because I had a question about my order, and they did get back to me, but it took a couple of days. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but when you’re waiting on an order update, those extra days feel a little longer. Once they replied, they were polite and the answer was actually helpful, so I appreciated that. I guess it reminded me how much timing matters in customer service — even a good answer can feel less reassuring if it comes later than expected. Overall, it was fine. Not amazing, not terrible, just okay.

I checked my email receipt to remember which flavors I ordered, and overall they were good. The taste was smooth and the flavor came through nicely. My only small complaint is that a few of them were a little too sweet for me, but I still enjoyed them.
